Developing a more loving relationship with ourselves can sometimes be a challenge, but the good news is: in therapy you are not alone. I am there with you and accept and welcome you just the way you are. Experiencing this acceptance from someone else can open the opportunity for you to deepen the love and acceptance that you feel for yourself.
