During our first meeting our aim is to find out what it is that you are looking for and what you want from therapy or counseling. We get to know each other and you can experience the way I work first-hand.

The line between psychotherapy and counseling is not always clear and you don’t need to decide which one you want before you contact me.

One simple distinction is that counseling usually focuses on one main topic, while psychotherapy is more general and covers a broader spectrum of topics that concern you. Either way, we can find out together which one suits you best.
