About me
I am passionate about supporting people in finding access to their innermost knowing and in living the life they truly want to live.
I myself began this lifelong journey in 2004, when I took my first personal growth workshops in the US. Since then, I have been to many workshops and seminars in the US, the UK and Germany. These included, among others, meditation retreats, 5 rhythms classes (dance and movement meditation), programs at Findhorn and my training in Gestalt therapy here in Berlin. I have learned how to connect to my heart and to deeply root myself in my core. Supported by my husband, friends and a group of colleagues, I am continually growing, both personally and professionally.
Ever since my very first personal growth workshop, I knew that this was the kind of work I wanted to do. Following my interest in the human brain and how it works led me to spend some time in science first, until I moved on to working with people fulltime. Now, being a therapist doesn’t feel like work to me, but rather like an extension of my life, which challenges me to grow every day. I am fully enjoying it.
